Step 2
Make your way towards the vehicle and driver. This car park is situated directly opposite the terminal and is clearly signposted. Airport personnel will be on hand to assist you with directions.
Step 3
Once you are with your driver he shall perform a headcount and help you load your luggage before a prompt departure.

Premium Car Park 1
Entry: Turn into the main entrance road. Continue until you reach the Departures building which will be located on the left. The entrance to the Premium Car Park 1 is located opposite the Departures building.
As the vehicle registration will already be on the system due to passengers only being able to pre-book this car park, you should approach the barrier where registration shall be scanned. Premium Car Park 1 is located to the right and directly opposite to the barriers.
Note: There will be an intercom button at the barrier so you may speak to a member of staff for assistance.
Exit: Next to rows I and J, there are two exit lanes in the car park. Drive to the exit where your registration will be scanned and the barriers shall rise.
In the scenario where you have stayed over the expected period of time, you shall have to use the integrated chip and pin device. There are also cash pay machines located by the entrance to the Premium Car Park 1 and also within Arrivals building.
Car Park 2
Entry: Turn into the main entrance road. Continue until you reach the Departures building which will be located on your left. Car Park 2 entrance can be found directly opposite the Departures building. Enter through one of the two right-hand lanes.
Approach barrier where your registration shall be scanned and barrier raised. Car Park 2 is located on your right. Please do not park in ‘Premium Car Park 1’ as this is for reservation bookings only. If an unauthorised vehicle is found in Premium Car Park 1 instead, the driver will be charged for an upgrade.

When you are leaving the car park, payments can be made at the Arrivals Terminal pay station, Departures Terminal information desk and Car Park pay stations. These are all cash and card options, however, please note that payments made at the exits are card only.

Picking up passengers in a vehicle with 20 seats or more entails collection from in front of the Arrivals terminal.
The airport shall be notified in advance for this and collection shall take place directly in front of the terminal. This is a fee-free process.
