Passengers must provide us with the following details before their inbound flight:

  • Correct passenger total and luggage quantity – this is important for allocating the correct size vehicle and for the driver to perform a headcount once the group is with the coach
  • Lead passenger contact name and number – ensures that our drivers and Operations team can make sure everything runs smoothly via updates and communication
  • Correct flight number – this is so our Operations department can track the flight in order to dispatch the driver. This eliminates the possibility of drivers running out of driving hours should the flight be delayed

After leaving arrivals, passengers are advised to follow this procedure to ensure a smooth and punctual departure.

It is to be noted that coaches are detained in a coach park approximately 1km away from the airport terminal and can only be released when the entire group has completed customs and immigration formalities. The driver must be authorised to make his way to the coach parking bays adjacent to the terminal. Due to the distance between the coach park and the pick-up point, it should be noted that there is often a 10-15 minute wait as the driver moves round to you.
