The O2 directs coaches to its coach park for drop-off. Do not assume the general car drop-off point, a taxi rank or the arena entrance is available to your vehicle. Your agreed plan should identify where passengers will leave the coach and walk to the venue.
Parking and waiting
Check coach or minibus parking availability for your event date and arrange any required booking in advance. Agree who is organising parking and whether the charge is included in your quotation. Drop-off access is not the same as permission to park throughout the show.
After-show collection
Share the meeting point with every passenger and keep the lead passenger's phone available. Allow time to leave the arena and reach the coach. Busy exit roads can delay departure, so avoid treating the event finish time as your guaranteed drive-away time.

Can you collect us after a late finish?
Late-night return journeys can be requested when booking. Confirm the collection time and meeting point in advance. If the event schedule changes, contact us so the plan can be reviewed; do not assume unlimited waiting is included.
How early should our group arrive?
Plan around the door-opening time for your specific event, allowing for traffic, unloading, the walk from the coach and security checks. The O2 advises checking the event page on the day for door and show times. There is no single arrival time that suits every performance.
Can you help with wheelchair-accessible transport?
Tell us before booking whether a passenger needs to remain in their wheelchair during the journey, or can transfer to a seat. Suitable vehicles and venue access need to be checked in advance. Arrange any accessible event tickets or assistance directly with the venue; transport does not include those services.
Can we bring bags or leave luggage on the coach?
Check The O2's current bag policy before packing. The arena restricts large bags, and a coach luggage allowance does not override venue entry rules. Discuss luggage storage with us before travel and do not assume you can return to the vehicle during the event.
Are event tickets included in the coach hire?
No. This page offers private group transport. Purchase event tickets, hospitality or attraction admission separately, and confirm your event date before finalising the coach booking.
